  1. Preparation:‌ Install the DUT on the test fixture and connect thermal control if required. Ensure all connections are secure within the safety enclosure.
  2. Probe Connection:
    • Connect optical isolation probes or high-voltage differential probes to measure VDS and VGS.
    • Connect high-bandwidth current probes to measure ID.
