The R&S®FSW is Rohde & Schwarz top flagship signal & spectrum analyzer integrating a compliance-grade EMI test receiver, positioned above the FSVA3000 and FSV3000 mid-range series, targeting ultra-demanding applications including military radar, satellite communication, 6G mmWave, high-precision oscillator R&D and third-party authoritative EMC RF certification labs.

Eight native frequency variants are available: FSW8 (8 GHz), FSW13 (13.6 GHz), FSW26 (26.5 GHz), FSW43 (43.5 GHz), FSW50 (50 GHz), FSW67 (67 GHz), FSW85 (85 GHz). External harmonic mixers extend the maximum test frequency up to 500 GHz mmWave.

It delivers industry-benchmark RF hardware performance: SSB phase noise as low as –137 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz, 10 kHz offset, DANL noise floor down to –163 dBm/Hz and ultra-wide spurious-free dynamic range. Optional internal I/Q demodulation bandwidths reach 512 MHz / 2 GHz / 8.3 GHz, with standard 800 MHz real-time FFT bandwidth for simultaneous capture of multi-carrier wideband radar and 6G ultra-wideband communication signals.
