The R&S®MXO 4 series features a native 12-bit ADC, offering 16 times higher resolution than conventional 8-bit oscilloscopes. This high resolution is maintained across all sampling rates without performance degradation for more accurate measurements.

All four channels come with a standard 400 Mpoint acquisition memory, with an optional 800 Mpoint memory available in interleaved mode — 100 times larger than the memory capacity of comparable instruments.
