The Kikusui PBZ series are intelligent four-quadrant programmable bipolar DC power supplies. No manual polarity switching of output terminals is required; voltage and current smoothly cross 0 V with continuous positive/negative bidirectional output, capable of both power sourcing and sinking, equivalent to a DC power supply plus electronic load in one unit.

Adopting a hybrid switching pre-regulation + linear post-amplifier topology, it achieves 40% weight reduction (approx. 22 kg) vs conventional full-linear bipolar models, balancing high efficiency, ultra-low ripple noise and fast transient response. Max CV bandwidth reaches 150 kHz to reproduce high-speed transient voltage disturbance waveforms precisely.
