HIOKI FA1220 Series In-Circuit Tester

The HIOKI FA1220 Series is a high-performance in-circuit tester for assembled PCB quality inspection, which detects hidden defects undetectable by visual inspection such as solder spattering under components, thermal-induced circuit breaks, internal chip cracks and IC program writing verification.

The series covers three models to match different production scenarios:

FA1220: Compact modular main unit, easy to integrate into existing automated equipment, ideal for programming board outgoing inspection and maintenance; max 1024 test pins per unit, expandable to 2048 pins.
FA1220-02: Batch offline desktop tester with slide-in fixture and one-touch pressing structure; supports 2D code scanning for automatic program loading and full test data traceability
FA1220-11: Fully automatic inline production tester, 23% smaller footprint than previous generations, seamlessly connected to SMT production lines for unmanned mass testing
