The Fluke 9500C is a professional dedicated oscilloscope calibration system with simultaneous 4-channel output, designed for full metrological calibration of analog and digital oscilloscopes up to 4 GHz bandwidth. It adopts patented Active Head™ technology, which generates calibration signals directly at the oscilloscope input port to drastically minimize high-frequency errors caused by cable loss and switching matrices, making it the standard reference instrument for metrology labs and electronic test institutes.
The mainframe supports up to 5 active heads to deliver synchronized outputs for 4 measurement channels plus an external trigger. Operators eliminate repeated cable swapping and complete full-parameter calibration in one run, including vertical gain, bandwidth, rise time, time base, trigger sensitivity, input impedance and Z-axis response. Combined with MET/CAL automation software, it enables fully unattended auto-calibration to boost lab throughput significantly.
Compared with multi-product calibrators, this dedicated scope calibrator delivers double bandwidth, superior signal purity and amplitude flatness. It outputs full-spectrum calibration waveforms: fast edges, leveled sine waves, DC levels, square waves, pulses and timing markers, covering oscilloscope calibration for industrial, communication, automotive and semiconductor industries.
