The KIKUSUI TOS9300 series is a high-performance all-in-one electrical safety multi-analyzer from Japan Kikusui. It integrates five core safety test functions: AC/DC hipot withstand voltage, insulation resistance, ground bond continuity, leakage current and partial discharge, fully complying with global mainstream safety standards including IEC, UL, GB, VDE, medical IEC60601, photovoltaic IEC61730 and automotive ISO standards

Equipped with a high-definition color touch screen, it supports multi-step programmable sequence testing with customizable timing, voltage rise/fall ramps and PASS/FAIL judgment thresholds. Max AC hipot output reaches 5kV/100mA, DC hipot up to 7.2kV; ground bond test supports up to 40A AC/DC test current, and insulation resistance measurement ranges from 0.001 MΩ to 100 GΩ. The TOS9303LC model embeds medical human body simulation network to perform dedicated tests of touch current, protective conductor current and patient leakage current. The TOS9301PD is equipped with a partial discharge module to detect tiny insulation discharge defects and predict long-term aging failure risks.

Multi-layer high-voltage safety protection is built in: automatic discharge after test, instantaneous arc detection, OVP/OCP/ground interlock protection and emergency stop button. Standard interfaces include LAN, USB, RS232 and HANDLER industrial port, compatible with SCPI protocol for PLC and PC upper computer connection. Local U-disk storage is available for test programs and records, ideal for R&D labs, third-party certification labs and fully automatic mass-production ATE lines.
