The HY-LV123 series is an integrated high-voltage DC + AC ripple test power supply independently developed by Hangyu Power Shanghai for new energy vehicles and high-voltage components, fully compliant with global mainstream standards including LV123, VW80300, VW80303 and ISO21498-2. It adopts an integrated architecture of DC base plus high-frequency AC ripple coupling, accurately reproducing real-vehicle complex electrical conditions such as HV bus dynamic fluctuation, high/low-frequency ripple, voltage ramp up/down, offset and dynamic load disturbance. It verifies the stability, durability and failure threshold of inverters, OBC, HV DC/DC, electric compressors, HV oil pumps and BMS under ripple interference.
