The KIKUSUI TOS7200 series bench insulation resistance tester features continuously adjustable DC high voltage from 25 V to 1000 V, with a wide measuring range of 0.01 MΩ to 5000 MΩ for insulation inspection of electronics, home appliances and components. Equipped with forced discharge, upper/lower limit window judgment and timer test functions, standard RS232 and remote I/O interfaces enable seamless integration with automated production lines. Up to 10 test parameter sets can be stored for one-touch recall, and rear high-voltage terminals simplify wiring for assembly lines. It is a standard test instrument for insulation reliability verification of power supplies, PCBs, wiring harnesses and new energy parts.
