The KIKUSUI TOS6200A is an economical 30A constant-current ground bond tester for safety compliance testing of small home appliances, compact IT equipment and miniature medical devices, complying with 30A protective earth test clauses of IEC60335, IEC60950-1 and IEC60601.

It adopts low-distortion constant AC current output, supporting dual judgment modes: resistance limit and voltage drop. Built-in practical functions include lead resistance offset cancellation, fixture contact check, storage for 100 programmable test sequences and cyclic timing control, suitable for lab sampling inspection and mass production lines.

Standard RS232C interface with optional GPIB, fully compatible with SCPI remote control commands. It can be cascaded with KIKUSUI TOS hipot & insulation testers to form an integrated safety test system, verifying continuity between equipment metal enclosures and protective earth terminals, and confirming the ground circuit can divert hazardous fault leakage current under abnormal conditions.
