The SP867P is flagship top-spec 67GHz vector network analyzer under Prosund SP800P series, delivering continuous ultra-wide coaxial millimeter-wave coverage from 900Hz to 67GHz, available in SP867P-2XX (2-port) and SP867P-4XX (4-port) hardware variants. Optional SP867P-110 frequency extension module expands upper limit to 110GHz, and further terahertz testing is supported with millimeter-wave probe stations and waveguide test systems.
