The KIKUSUI TOS3200 leakage current tester complies with IEC60990, designed for safety leakage testing of all general electrical equipment except medical devices, covering touch current (TC) and protective conductor current (PCC) tests for home appliances, IT equipment, AV products, lighting, power tools and industrial controllers.

It integrates 8 sets of standard human-body impedance simulation networks and pre-stores 51 built-in test templates compliant with IEC, JIS, UL and national electrical safety regulations, eliminating external auxiliary circuits. A built-in 1500VA AC power outlet supplies power to the EUT and simulates standard fault conditions: protective earth disconnection, line wire open, mains polarity reversal.

Three synchronous measurement modes (DC, True RMS, PEAK) capture both steady-state leakage and transient impulse leakage signals. Equipped with USB, RS232C and GPIB communication ports, it supports standalone manual testing and multi-step automatic sequence cycles, ideal for laboratory type approval and mass production automated ATE lines.
