The DAQ6510 is a precision data acquisition and logging system designed with minimalism at its core, delivering ultimate simplicity compared to the complicated configuration and operation typical of many standalone test instruments. Its large 5-inch (12.7 cm) multi-touch display guides users through test setup, data viewing and analysis without the mandatory PC and custom software required for numerous applications. If PC operation is preferred or required, a full set of IVI and LabVIEW drivers together with Keithley KickStart instrument control software are available to accommodate all application scenarios.
Leveraging Keithley’s latest 6½-digit DMM technology, the instrument delivers superior accuracy, richer functionality and faster measurement speeds. It comes with two-year accuracy specifications to guarantee consistent, traceable results for critical measurements.
Equipped with two module slots and a selection of 12 plug-in switch and control modules, you can build a test system capable of measuring or controlling up to 80 devices under test (DUTs) within a single multiplexed configuration. Fitted with two 6×8 matrix modules providing a total of 96 crosspoints, the DAQ6510 supports single or multi-IC testing. For high-volume production testing, solid-state multiplexer modules are available to maximize throughput with a scanning speed of 800 channels per second, drastically reducing downtime compared to electromechanical relays with limited service life.
Many modules integrate cold junction compensation and temperature reference, enabling thermocouple-based device monitoring during environmental testing, including HALT and HASS accelerated life testing. An optional RF module extends test capability to wireless device signals with a maximum switching frequency up to 3.5 GHz.
