UNI-T UT5310 series is an industrial single-channel comprehensive safety hipot tester, integrating four core test modes: AC withstand voltage (ACW), DC withstand voltage (DCW), insulation resistance (IR) and arc detection (OS). It supports multi-step programmable sequence testing, ideal for automated production lines and laboratory safety compliance certification.

Equipped with a 4.3-inch 800×480 TFT color LCD, the visual operation interface supports storage of 100 test files with up to 20 test steps per file, and a total of 10,000 test records. The built-in intelligent comparator automatically judges PASS/FAIL with audible & visual alarms; it also detects open circuit, short circuit and arc faults. Dual hardware & software high-voltage protection plus automatic discharge after testing guarantee operational safety.

Standard interfaces include RS232C, LAN and HANDLER for industrial control, with USB for local data backup; GPIB card is optional. It supports SCPI and Modbus RTU communication protocols, compatible with PLC and PC upper computer software for seamless integration into full-automatic ATE production lines.
