UNI-T UT5320R-SxA series is an industrial-grade multi-channel comprehensive safety hipot tester with 4 or 8 parallel test channels. It integrates 5 core test functions: AC withstand voltage (ACW), DC withstand voltage (DCW), insulation resistance (IR), arc detection (ARC) and hardware contact check. Simultaneous multi-channel testing greatly improves production line efficiency, ideal for fully automatic ATE systems and laboratory safety compliance certification.

Equipped with a 4.3-inch WVGA (800×480) TFT true-color LCD, it adopts a 32-bit ARM processor with fully isolated floating high-voltage output for strong anti-interference performance. It supports storage of 100 programmable test files with up to 20 configurable steps per file, freely combining AC/DC hipot, insulation resistance and open/short circuit judgment, and can save 2,000 complete test records.

Standard interfaces include RS232C, LAN and HANDLER PLC port, compatible with dual communication protocols SCPI and Modbus RTU. External USB flash drive supports data storage and screenshot capture. Multiple built-in high-voltage safety protections: automatic discharge after test, arc detection, ground leakage protection, overvoltage/overcurrent interlock and fast hardware breakdown judgment. Additional functions include keyboard lock, baseline zeroing and adjustable voltage rise/fall time for safe and reliable operation.

AC withstand voltage reaches 5kV/20mA max, DC withstand voltage up to 6kV/10mA. Standard IR test voltage is 2.5kV, optional upgrade to 5kV with measurement range from 0.1MΩ to 10GΩ. Current resolution down to 0.001mA to capture tiny leakage current. Widely applied in mass safety inspection of home appliances, transformers, PCB components, medical devices, new energy controllers and lighting products.
