The HPD series is Sorensen compact quarter-rack 300W programmable DC supply adopting mixed-mode topology of switch pre-regulation + linear post-filter. It combines high power density & high efficiency of switching supplies and low ripple, fast transient response of full-linear units, and is the smallest-size 300W programmable supply in its footprint class.

Single-output design with three standard models covering 0~15V/20A, 0~30V/10A, 0~60V/5A under fixed 300W power envelope. With only one-quarter of a full 19-inch rack width, single unit fits benchtop, and up to four units can be mounted side-by-side in a standard cabinet, ideal for high-density multi-channel ATE systems, OEM test fixtures and bench R&D of semiconductors & sensors.
