The AMETEK California Instruments i / iX Series II is a classic all-in-one integrated AC/DC source + high-performance power analyzer test platform (End-of-Life, replaced by Asterion series). 4U rack height, power range 3 kVA ~ 15 kVA, split into two sublines:

i Series II (Standard)：Basic AC/DC output + fundamental power measurement, for low-cost burn-in and functional verification;

iX Series II (Enhanced)：Full-grade power analysis, harmonic spectrum, scope waveform capture, programmable output impedance, arbitrary waveform generation, high-speed transient simulation, targeting EMC labs, home appliance harmonic compliance, automotive power and PV inverter certification.
