The Fluke 87V MAX is an upgraded reinforced version of the classic Fluke 87V industrial multimeter, retaining all core measurement capabilities of the 87V while drastically improving environmental protection, battery runtime and durability. It is engineered for fault troubleshooting and R&D commissioning of variable frequency drives, motors, photovoltaic energy storage, factory distribution, HVAC and new energy control systems.

Boasting ultra-high basic DC voltage accuracy of 0.05% and 19,999-count high-resolution True-RMS measurement, it features a dedicated VFD low-pass filter to suppress high-frequency noise from motor drives and deliver stable readings on distorted PWM waveforms. Integrated built-in temperature measurement, 250 μs transient peak capture, Min/Max/Avg trend logging and AutoHOLD automatic reading lock function.
