The Fluke 15B MAX and 17B MAX are fully upgraded successors to the classic 15B+ / 17B+ series, featuring 6,000-count True-RMS measurement, upgraded from old 4,000-count resolution. Capacitance range extended to 2000 μF, with three major new upgrades: Input Alert misconnection alarm, one-key wake-up and 1 mm fine-tip test leads, rated CAT III 600 V safety for residential electricians, property maintenance, home appliances, HVAC and small automation repair.

15B MAX (Base Model)：Basic measurement functions: voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, diode, continuity and frequency; no temperature, Min/Max or relative measurement, cost-effective entry-level choice;
