The EEC EGB-300 is a new-generation compact AC/DC dual-function ground bond tester from Taiwan EEC. With an A4-sized lightweight body weighing only 5 kg and 2U rack-mount form factor, it is designed for laboratories, compact production lines and automatic ATE systems. It integrates both AC and DC ground bond test functions in one unit to fully verify protective earthing circuit reliability without purchasing separate testers.

It delivers up to 40A AC/DC high test current, fully complying with global safety standards including IEC60335 household appliances, IEC62368-1 AV/IT equipment, IEC60601 medical devices and IEC61851 EV chargers. Adopting professional 4-wire measurement plus Auto Offset automatic fixture compensation, it eliminates lead & fixture resistance interference and achieves milliohm-level precise impedance measurement.

Equipped with a color LCD display for intuitive setting of resistance limits, dwell time and output current. It stores multiple programmable test sequences and tens of thousands of test records internally. Standard RS232, USB and HANDLER industrial ports support standalone operation or cascading with EST-300 series hipot & IR testers to build a complete 5-in-1 safety test system (ACW / DCW / IR / AC GB / DC GB) for unattended mass automated production line testing.

Multi-layer safety protection is built in: adjustable open-circuit voltage, overcurrent interlock, emergency stop and auto power cut after test to protect operators and DUTs. Its compact footprint and lightweight design make it ideal for R&D evaluation, third-party certification and factory outgoing inspection.
