The EEC 7006 is a modular matrix channel expander designed for multi-point electrical safety testing, fully compatible with ESA and SE series safety analyzers. It realizes automatic channel switching for AC/DC hipot, insulation resistance and ground bond tests, eliminating manual re-wiring, reducing human error and drastically shortening test cycle time.

It adopts dual hot-swappable module slots: one standard 8-channel High Voltage (HV) module (rated 5kVac / 6kVdc for hipot & IR), plus one optional slot selectable between an extra 8CH HV module or an 8CH High Current (HA) 40A ground bond module, reaching max 16 independent channels per unit.

Master-slave cascading is supported: 1 master unit connects up to 4 slave units, delivering a total of 80 controllable channels for synchronous sequential testing, ideal for multi-node inspection of adapters, transformers, PCBs, battery packs and medical devices.

Fully isolated high-voltage circuitry between channels is equipped with arc detection interlock and high-voltage safety interlock. It communicates with safety testers via dedicated Scanner Bus and supports SCPI commands, enabling unified remote control via safety testers, PLC or PC upper software for fully automatic ATE production line integration. Each channel’s PASS/FAIL data is logged automatically during multi-step sequence tests.

It solves common pain points of single-point testing such as repeated wiring, missed test points, misconnection and low throughput, widely deployed for mass multi-node safety inspection of consumer power supplies, new energy batteries, medical equipment, home appliances, wiring harnesses and transformers.
