The EEC SE Series is the world’s first capacitive multi-touch electrical safety analyzer with a 4.3-inch color touch screen and slim 2U rack-mount chassis. It integrates four core safety tests: AC Hipot (ACW), DC Hipot (DCW), Insulation Resistance (IR) and AC Ground Bond (GB). High-power variants deliver 500VA AC output, fully complying with global safety standards including IEC60335 household appliances, IEC60950 IT, IEC60601 medical devices, PV modules, motors and EV chargers.

It adopts five patented safety technologies developed over 40 years:

Patented FastDischarge ultra-fast DC high-voltage discharge within 50ms to eliminate residual voltage shock hazards;

Smart GFI ground fault interlock continuously monitors leakage paths to prevent electric shock;

Adjustable Ramp High voltage ramp limit shortens rise time and boosts production throughput;

Charge Low open-circuit detection identifies broken wires or poor fixture contact;

ARC flashover detection captures tiny micro-shorts and partial dielectric breakdown to screen latent defective units in advance.

DC hipot up to 6kV/10mA, IR range 6kV/50GΩ with ultra-fine micro-current resolution for weak leakage detection;

Ground bond module supports max 32A AC test current, 4-wire measurement with Auto Offset auto-compensation to cancel lead resistance interference;

SE7441 integrates built-in 8HV + 8GB matrix scanner for multi-point synchronous testing without external 7006 expander; all SE models can cascade with 7006 channel expanders to build an 80-channel large-scale test system;

Dual-core processor delivers smooth touch operation; barcode scanner interface supports offline program recall without PC;

4-level password authority management prevents unauthorized parameter modification; test data can be exported via USB flash drive for full traceability.

Standard communication ports include LAN, USB, RS232 and HANDLER; optional GPIB is available with full SCPI command support for seamless PLC and automatic ATE production line integration, ideal for R&D labs, third-party certification labs and unattended mass production of power supplies, transformers and wiring harnesses.
