The VW-3100 is an all-in-one handheld vibration tester newly launched by Ono Sokki in 2025, integrating four core functions: vibration measurement, abnormal sound auscultation, fault judgment and audio data recording & storage. It is developed for factory equipment route inspection, motor/bearing fault troubleshooting, predictive maintenance and ISO vibration grade evaluation.

It accepts single-channel CCLD piezoelectric accelerometer input with TEDS automatic sensor parameter recognition. Equipped with a 4.3-inch capacitive touch LCD, the unit weighs only 625 g, built-in rechargeable lithium battery providing over 4 hours runtime, and supports USB power supply & high-capacity SD card storage.
