On March 25, 2026, EEC officially launched two new electrical safety test products: the EEC-31 three-in-one withstand voltage tester and the EEC-41 four-in-one withstand voltage and ground impedance tester. Based on EEC’s nearly 50 years of technical accumulation and application experience in the field of electrical safety testing, the two new products focus on the core needs of manufacturing enterprises in actual production and inspection processes. With higher integration and better cost performance, they provide customers with stable and reliable electrical safety test solutions.
Three-in-one efficient testing, compact design for diverse scenarios
The EEC-31 integrates AC withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage and insulation resistance testing functions. It is specially designed for production line applications across various industries. The product adopts a knob-style operation interface, making parameter settings intuitive and easy for operators to learn quickly, effectively reducing training costs and improving testing efficiency.
In terms of performance configuration, the insulation resistance test range of the EEC-31 can reach up to 4 kV / 200 GΩ, meeting the high-resistance testing requirements of industries such as components, electric vehicles and batteries. In addition, users can choose an optional USB interface to easily integrate data acquisition and automated testing.
Four-in-one integrated testing to meet multiple regulatory requirements
Based on AC withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage and insulation resistance testing, the EEC-41 further integrates AC ground impedance testing, enabling four-in-one electrical safety testing capability. The device supports up to 500 VA AC withstand voltage testing, optional, and 32 A AC ground impedance testing, making it suitable for applications with higher requirements for ground test current and stability.
The EEC-41 features a simple interface and clear test parameter setting logic, balancing ease of operation with standardized testing requirements. In addition to front-panel operation, the device also supports PLC remote control and can likewise be equipped with an optional USB interface, making it easy to integrate with automated production lines and test systems. It is suitable for large-scale applications across multiple industries and workstations.
