No matter how small the input signal is, the PW4001 enables highly reliable power measurement, allowing accurate evaluation of energy consumption and driving range. Its compact design ensures a high basic accuracy of ±0.04% from DC to 50/60 Hz.
High-Speed, Wide-Bandwidth Measurement Performance
Accurately evaluates the power conversion efficiency and switching losses of SiC inverters. With a 2.5 MHz sampling rate and 600 kHz bandwidth, it can also accurately capture high-frequency power generated by PWM control.
Rugged and Portable Design for On-Road Vehicle Testing
To meet the requirements of on-road vehicle testing, the PW4001 features a lightweight design, weighing only 4.6 kg, making it easy to install in a vehicle. It also supports an external DC power supply. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +50°C, it delivers stable and reliable power measurement even under harsh environmental conditions such as extreme cold.
Safe and Quick Test Setup
The PW4001 supports direct acquisition of voltage values via vehicle CAN signals, allowing engineers to perform wiring safely. Connection via the vehicle’s OBD-II interface enables quick test setup.
