The PCL Series DC Electronic Load is a high-power DC electronic load combining high precision, high performance, and high power density. Featuring fast dynamic response and stable, reliable load simulation, it meets the demanding testing requirements of power supplies and battery products.

Standalone power ranges from 6 to 60 kW. With independent mainframe control, master/slave paralleling, and flexible configurations, total power can be expanded up to 600 kW. Performance and accuracy in parallel operation remain consistent with those of a standalone unit.

Current response time is as fast as 20 μs, with a 20 kHz dynamic mode, making it suitable for complex and rapidly changing test environments.

Voltage and current measurement accuracy reaches industry-leading levels, making the unit suitable for high-precision applications while ensuring the credibility and traceability of test data.

A real-time sampling rate of up to 500 kHz precisely captures nanosecond-scale transient waveforms, such as DC-DC power-supply switching noise and the pulse charging and discharging characteristics of lithium batteries, providing high-resolution data for dynamic performance analysis and fault diagnosis.

The 20 kHz dynamic mode simulates rapidly changing load conditions. Dynamic sweep mode can sweep through load parameters, accelerating the testing and verification of DUT stability under worst-case operating conditions.

Its core functions are purpose-built for testing new-energy devices such as photovoltaic (PV) modules/arrays and fuel cells. It dynamically tracks the maximum power point of the DUT and measures peak power, open-circuit voltage, and short-circuit current with one click, efficiently verifying real-world performance and energy-conversion efficiency.

By injecting custom current waveforms, such as sinusoidal waveforms that simulate inverter harmonic loads, the system can test equipment performance under non-steady-state conditions. It is suitable for specialized applications such as renewable-energy grid-connected equipment and aerospace power-supply validation.
